1. Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent

2. Experience:
- Minimum of 20 hours of supervised childcare experience for children aged 3-12

5. Certifications:
- American Red Cross Child Care First Aid and CPR

- CPR for the Unconscious Adult
6. Licensing and Insurance:
- Obtain and maintain appropriate licensing and insurance for childcare facilities or homes where the nanny will be working

- Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding towards children from diverse backgrounds
